Chia seeds are some of our favorite things to play around in the kitchen with. We like to add them to this and that to make our meals even more healthy. We found a recipe for Banana Chia Pudding on Healthy Living How To and it tastes amazing! However we have people at our house who don’t like bananas so we tweaked it a little for them.
Berry Chia Seed Pudding
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups berries (any variety)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- stevia to taste
In a blender combine coconut milk, berries and stevia. Blend until well combined. Pour into a jar and add chia seeds. Shake well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
