Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That of course means that it is best to start off healthy. This Granola is packed with fiber, nutrition and great flavor. It’s quick on the go and also makes a great snack! Perfect to keep the family healthy and happy. We really like it on a little bit of yogurt!

Remember to keep your ingredients organic for optimum nutrition!

Directions

If desired, you can use rolled oats in place of the rolled wheat and rolled barley

Warm coconut oil and honey until liquid. Stir in vanilla. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients. Pour liquid mixture on top and mix in. It works best to use your hands to mix. Divide into 2 cookies sheets and bake at 200º stirring every 15-20 minutes until desired crispness.
