Fall is such a beautiful time of year! All the leaves are falling and changing and the garden is yielding it’s last harvest. We’ve had such lovely fruit this year we couldn’t help but create a special recipe just for fruit with a syrup that leaves you craving more and more. Fresh, quick, nutritious and absolutely divine!

Apples are a great source of fiber, can help prevent cancer, aid digestion, aid respiratory health and even help protect against heart disease! (source)

Peaches have antioxidant properties. They can also help prevent cancer, aid eye health, combat obesity-related disorders, aid digestion and can help ease stress and anxiety because of their magnesium content! (source)

Raw Honey contains antioxidants which can help protect the body from cell damage. Raw Honey is also known for it’s antibacterial and antifungal properties and can aid digestion. (source)

Cinnamon contains both fiber and calcium with can protect against heart disease and help with colon health. Just the scent of cinnamon alone can boost brain function. It’s also anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. (source)
