Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball - A quick and easy snack with flavor you won't believe! #RealFood #CleanEating

Cheese Balls. No Christmas is complete without them! We have created many variations over the years but just let us say… This one is our favorite! The color is beautiful, it’s a cinch to make and the flavor! Oh, the flavor! We brought one to our last party and it was gone before we could catch a bite! So make sure you get some because it goes fast 😉

If you are following us on Facebook or Instagram you probably saw our early Christmas gift… We finally got a Kitchen Aid!! We really didn’t know what we were missing out on. We are used to mixing our Cheese Balls by hand. Now we put our Kitchen Aid to work on it and we are amazed by how quickly and easily it is done! Definitely easier than mixing by hand.

You can use store bought organic roasted peppers or roast your own. We also use some of the chives we froze from our garden earlier this year. It’s so convenient to have them on hand! Whenever we use freshly grated nutmeg we simply take the nut and grate it with a microplane. You won’t believe the delicious flavor fresh nutmeg brings! This ball is a little spicy so if your family doesn’t like as much heat you can simply add less cayenne.

Watch a good Christmas movie, munch on some Christmas Chip Dip, enjoy a little Poppy Seed Bread and whip a quick batch of Last Minute Christmas Bark with your family. Does it get any better than this?

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well, we use our KitchenAid to do this, it is quick and easy. Mixture will be soft, chill to harden slightly. Shape into a ball and place on a platter. Press the chopped pecans into the the ball and chill until ready to serve. Serve with some organic crackers or saltines.

We’d love to connect via Email, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram! We have many more delicious and healthy recipes on the way!

Do you like your food spicy?
