Who’s ready for a super fast and healthy meal? This one can seriously be whipped up in less than 5 minutes! We like to have some go-to quick recipes on hand for those busy days that always come along. In a Rush Tomato Basil Soup, Easy Peasy Apricot Chicken, Tomatillo Chicken over Forbidden Rice and this delicious Cheesy Cream Corn over Toast are all some of our favorites. When you have some fantastic homemade Whole Wheat Bread to go with it you have a very healthy and tasty quick meal.

Cheesy Cream Corn over Toast

Ingredients

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients except bread and cheese. Cook until completely heated. Blend with an immersion blender until desired consistency. Toast bread, lay down sliced cheese and cover with Cream Corn.
