Light meals are so nice during warmer weather! It’s even better when they are delicious and super easy. This Healthy Breakfast Bruschetta is just that. The berries add such wonderful flavor and nutrients. It also helps that they look completely adorable! 😉
Whether you are looking for a healthy breakfast, a quick snack or something delicious to take to a party you can’t go wrong with some gorgeous and healthy Bruschetta!
Healthy Breakfast Bruschetta
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- a splash of vanilla
- sourdough bread
- raspberries or strawberries
- fresh basil,chopped (optional)
Mix cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla together in a glass bowl. Spread over a slice of sourdough bread and top with desired amount of berries. Place bread on a hot skillet with butter until golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil and more maple syrup if desired.
