Chia seeds are becoming commonly known as a wonderful superfood. They are high in fiber, protein and omega-3 fats along with other vitamins and minerals. They have a host of health benefits such as stabilizing blood sugar, improving digestion, improving brain function, slowing aging and being heart healthy. They are also known for the energy boost they give!
We used to make Chia Pudding in our Vitamix (which we still love and works just fine). However, we tried it in our Nutribullet just once and now that is our preferred way to make it. It’s fast with easy clean up and blends very, very smooth.
