There are so many reasons why we love this recipe! You only use one mixing bowl so it’s quick to make and clean up, the taste is light and delicious, it’s so diverse you can make so many different things with the dough. It is one of our favorite quick go-to’s! They are perfect for dinner company or a fun pizza or picnic. This recipe never disappoints!

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl adding the flour and yeast last with the yeast resting on top of the flour. We like to use our KitchenAid or Bosch for this. Start with 5 cups of flour and add more as needed. Keeping the dough very soft, knead until elastic (this should only take 3-4 minutes). Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Shape into rolls and let sit until they double in size. Bake at 375º until golden brown. These make fantastic hoagie buns or cinnamon rolls. If you are using it as a pizza crust there is no need to let it rise just press into a pizza pan. Bake in oven at 450º until golden brown.
