Turmeric Mint Smoothie
- 2 cups milk of choice
- ½ cup ice (optional)
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. honey or stevia to taste
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- dash of black pepper
If you don’t have any fresh mint leaves try using ½ tsp, cardamom. It brings a nice sweetness to the smoothie!
