Summer is on it’s way and Disneyland is in our thoughts! Who can think of Disneyland without thinking about their famous Pineapple Dole Whip?? We wanted to share our healthier version with you today!
Not only is this recipe chemical free but we’ve also added a fun twist by adding a little bit of mint! This makes it even more fresh and summer appropriate. We love using yogurt because of how good it is too! All those good probiotics make this a truly healthy (and nostalgic) treat 🙂
Easy Peasy Mint Dole Whip
- 2-3 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 Tbs. fresh mint
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup water (more or less)
- cacao nibs
