These bites are so fun! They have a slightly chewy texture and are very satisfying so you don’t worry about eating too many. They don’t call for sugar and are full of good coconut oil. It’s also really fun to try out the different flavors!
Healthy Chocolate Bites
Remember to keep your ingredients organic for optimum nutrition!
- ¼ cup coconut spread
- 2 Tbs. coconut oil
- 2 Tbs. honey or maple syrup
- 1 Tbs. cacao
- desired flavor
In a sauce pan on the lowest heat possible combine all ingredients except desired flavoring. Stir continuously until all melted with no lumps. Acting quickly add desired flavor, make sure your oils are food grade. Stir and quickly add to candy molds or a buttered, very small glass pan. Freeze to harden.
These Bites would be really cute for a little treat platter for a party or as a gift.
