Hello friends! We have TWO surprises for you today! Get ready for some fantastic healthy living inspiration!

Our first surprise is to announce that Easy Peasy Life Matters is now on Yummly! We’ve added the Yum Button to our social media icons to the left and to the bottom of posts to make saving our recipes even more convenient. If you haven’t used Yummly before you are in for a real treat. We’ve only been using it less than a week and we are already impressed! Each recipe you “Yum” with the Yum Button is saved in your own “Recipe Box” for you to find at any time. Check out our publisher page to see our recipes and feel free to “Yum” away!

Our second surprise is our last Christmas in July post for this year. Can you believe it’s gone by so quickly?? We shared our Clean Eating Christmas Popcorn earlier this month and we recommend you check out our Buttermilk Syrup, Holiday Pillowcases (for those who don’t sew) and Indoor/Outdoor Herb Garden for more healthy gift ideas. Preparing for Christmas in July is a fabulous way to keep December stress free and full of family and fun!

If you have read our post Why You Need a Healthy Motto or watched our 6 Benefits of a Positive Attitude video then you know how important staying motivated and positive is for your health. With this in mind we’ve created some healthy inspiration for your wall! Having a happy reminder to look at throughout the day can work like a subconscious affirmation, helping you stay positive and on track. For a Christmas in July project you can print these images up and put them in a cute frame or even on a nice canvas to give to your healthy living family and friends. They would also be adorable magnets or phone covers!

To save, simply click on the link to open the image, right click on the image, select “save image as” and save to your computer. Done! You are now ready for healthy gifts, positive inspiration and a stress free December!

I DID use yummly!Funny story. Was super sick and bedridden for close to 4 years(not part of the happy.Fiddling on my ancient tablet thing.Looking and dreaming of cooking, which I so missed doing.Got yummly, clicked on a recipe 1day and it opened up to a OMG a food blog!!WHAT THE FLING?!Sadly,I got addicted to reading blogs(exactly1 year,4 months later);I believe I subscribe to well over 300!Got well, like lifesaving well!!!Start printing, cooking…Christmas 2015.Pinterest?What is that?!Well, forget how many pins, but I think I have like 3,400 followers.Anyway, started with Yummly. Now am so busy pin raiding, reading lovely blogs and…talking! At 55 years young I contemplate starting a blog of my own.Aah one day when I am all grown up…So thanks fellow foodie for continued inspiration and allowing me to share as I raid and pin and the printed out piles of recipes continue to reproduce!!
