Easy Soft and Gooey Granola Bars – A healthy treat for Easter baskets!

St. Patrick’s Day is over and Easter is on it’s way! Looking for a healthy treat to put in your kiddos Easter baskets? You are going to adore these Easy Soft and Gooey Granola Bars!

You may recognize this recipe from our free E-Book Clean Eating for Beginners. We loved this recipe and thought it would be just perfect for Easter. We wanted to share with those who may not have it and as an easily accessible version for those who do. We have a whole new E-Book on it’s way that we can’t wait to tell you about so stay tuned!

When you are trying to eat healthy, easy, convenient and satisfying snacks are a life saver. This recipe has all those important elements! These granola bars are easy to throw together, they are very convenient to grab and go or add to a lunch box and with all the wholesome ingredients the bars are completely satisfying.

Easy Soft and Gooey Granola Bars

¼ cup honey

⅓ cup coconut oil

2 Tbs. molasses

¼ cup maple syrup, grade B

1 Tbs. vanilla extract

4 cups Easy Peasy Homemade Granola

1 cup rolled oats

Warm honey, coconut oil, molasses and maple syrup on very low heat just until it melts, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in all remaining ingredients. Press into a buttered 8×8 pan. Chill until firm. Cut into bars and wrap in wax paper.
