¼ cup butter
2-4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 ½ cups water
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup cornmeal
1 tsp. Real Salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. cayenne
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1-2 Tbs. honey
¼ cup chipotle sauce

Melt butter on a cookie sheet in a 425º oven. In a bowl, combine water, flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well. Spread garlic on melted butter. Drop cauliflower into flour mixture and stir to coat. Place on cookie sheet and bake until tender crisp. Depending on the size of your cauliflower, this should only take 10-15 minutes.
