Healthy Breakfast Bruschetta

Just perfect for a healthy breakfast, quick snack or some tasty party food!

Happy Memorial Day! Before we get started with today’s post we want to take a moment and thank all those who serve and their families. Having family and friends who have served in the armed forces this is something that hits close to our hearts. THANK YOU! <3

Light meals are so nice during warmer weather! It’s even better when they are delicious and super easy. This Healthy Breakfast Bruschetta is just that. The berries add such wonderful flavor and nutrients. It also helps that they look completely adorable! 😉

Whether you are looking for a healthy breakfast, a quick snack or something delicious to take to a party you can’t go wrong with some gorgeous and healthy Bruschetta!

ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup maple syrup
a splash of vanilla
sourdough bread
blueberries
raspberries or strawberries
butter
fresh basil,chopped (optional)

Mix cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla together. Spread over a slice of sourdough bread and top with desired amount of berries. Place bread on a hot skillet with butter until golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil and more maple syrup if desired.
