Orange Chia Seed Pudding – Chia Seeds have so many health benefits! This recipe is a perfect breakfast or snack

If you have never tried Chia Seed Pudding you are in for a real treat! It’s incredibly easy to make and is simply perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack. We’ve made Chocolate Chia Pudding, Caramel Chia Pudding and Berry Chia Pudding but this Orange flavor is a new favorite! Trust us, it’s one the whole family is going to love!

Chia seeds are becoming commonly known as a wonderful superfood. They are high in fiber, protein and omega-3 fats along with other vitamins and minerals. They have a host of health benefits such as stabilizing blood sugar, improving digestion, improving brain function, slowing aging and being heart healthy. They are also known for the energy boost they give!

We used to make Chia Pudding in our Vitamix (which we still love and works just fine). However, we tried it in our Nutribullet just once and now that is our preferred way to make it. It’s fast with easy clean up and blends very, very smooth.

Tools for this Recipe:

Orange Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3 Tbs. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 Tbs. cacao
  • ½ tsp. orange zest
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup milk

Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet and blend until smooth. Chill for at least two hours or over night. Top with Sugar Free Whipped Cream.
