Quick and Easy Asian Wraps – A light meal that is packed with good veggies!
What is easier or quicker than a wrap? They are especially great in the winter when it can be hard to get fresh veggies in (unless of course you have some Wilted Winter Salad or Cabbage Quinoa Winter Salad).
If you have the ingredients all made up it’s a meal that even kids can assemble for themselves! So many healthy ingredients, lots of fantastic flavor and only a few minutes.

1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
½ head red cabbage, shredded
6 scallions, sliced
2 carrots, grated
8-10 radishes, chopped
cooked rice (we like Pink or Forbidden)
Combine both kinds of cabbage, scallions, carrots and radishes. Toss. Take a wrap and layer on rice, cabbage mixture, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges and pour dressing on top.
½ tsp. sesame seed oil
¼ cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
¼ – ½ inch grated ginger
1-2 grated garlic cloves
¼ cup + 1 Tbs. Honey
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
Put all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
