¼ head green cabbage, shredded
¼ head red cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, spiraled
2 small zucchini, spiraled
8-10 radishes, sliced
Toss all ingredients together. Pour Cilantro Lime Dressing on top. Stir and serve.
Cilantro Lime Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup lime juice
2 Tbs. honey
¼ cup chives
¼ cup cilantro
½ tsp. Real Salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Place all ingredients into a bowl. Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth. Pour over slaw. If you don’t have an immersion blender you can pour all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
